Good Morning,

School Board meets tonight @ 6:00.

Information for the Wellness Committee's Rams-Run-4-Recess went home on Friday.  This will be a walk/run race that promotes physical activity and fun. It will also be part of our Wellness Committee fundraiser to help support upgrades to our playground.  This if for grades K-8.  

This is your last chance to order CCS clothing this year.  Please return the form and payment by April 17 (note: this has been extended from Friday, April 13th). Thank You

Spirit Week at CCS
The CCS Student council is planning another fun and spirited week before vacation. Here are daily themes for the week of April 16-20:
Wednesday: Twins Day: Double Trouble
Thursday: Fan Zone Day:
Wear your favorite teams color or sports shirt.
Friday: Pajama Day
Have fun, but remember to dress for the weather and appropriate for school.
7th grade class started a Nature Vision's fundraiser on Fri. April 13th and it runs until April 30th. Purchases can also be made online at www.naturesvisionfundraising.com

Teacher and Staff Appreciation week will be from April 30th - May 4th. Each year one of the events that PTO puts on is a potluck luncheon. This year the luncheon will be on Thursday, May 3rd. To make this event successful we need your help. If you are interested in making a dish for the luncheon, please contact Heather Chiavaras at hchiavaras@gmail.com or text/call at 491-9653 and a list of the needed items will be provided to you. THANK YOU in advance for your support. Each year we hear from teachers and staff how much they enjoy this event.

Good Morning, 7/8  Basketball Home v. Concord Christian  Girls 1st  @ 4:00. 5/6 @ Concord Christian   Boys 1st  @ 4:00. Jump Rope for Heart is this Friday, January 22nd.  Please make sure you have sent in your permission slip.  The envelope and money id due on Friday.  Time for the event is after school until 4.  Please pick up at 4 and if your child is going to after care please send a note stating that please.  A snack and water will be provided.  Be ready to Jump. Good Morning, Just a Reminder As the weather changes, please make sure to send warm clothing with your child.   The student flu clinic will be held on Thursday, October 13th at 9 AM.  Information and registration forms will be sent home with students by today. Please return forms by October 12th.  Let's help keep our children, school and community healthy this flu season !   If any questions, please contact the school nurse @ 798-5651.   There will be no Student Council meeting this Friday, but we do have a fall clean up after school today. It will go until about 4:15. We will be weeding, planting mums and building a scarecrow or two. Anyone who wants to bring scarecrow things is welcome to do so. This Sunday Oct. 2nd, we will be doing the Autism speaks walk. This is a new experience for us - and it came up fast. This is a fundraiser, and awareness walk. It is one mile.
