Good Morning, PTO Craft Fair tomorrow from 9-2.  There will be over 40 vendors.  A great opportunity to do some Christmas shopping.   The NJHS students will be baking on Fri. Nov. 13th after school until 6:00. Baked items will be sold at the PTO craft fair and proceeds will benefit children in need at the holidays. Any of the NJHS parents who can donate some of our ingredients and/or stay and help would be greatly appreciated. The NJHS will also be conducting a food drive the month of November. All food items will be donated to the Chichester Food Pantry. Drop boxes will be located in the foyers. Thank you! IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!! Join us TONIGHT for our second Awaken Your Force event. Good Morning, Smarter Balance Parent Reports In the spring of 2015, Chichester 3rd 8th graders participated in the Smarter Balance Assessment Program.  Parent reports on how students performed on this initial administration of SBAC will be sent home Thursday, Nov. 12. Additional information regarding help for families in understanding the results will be emailed home and will be available on our website on Thursday.  8th grade results have been mailed home.  Grades 4-7 results will be coming home with students today. School Board meets tonight @ 6:00. Student Council meeting Friday @ 7:30. The NJHS students will be baking on Fri. Nov. 13th after school until 6:00. Good Morning, This afternoon, CCS welcomes six special veterans into our classrooms in order to share with our students their service to our country. Our honored guests will be meeting with classroom groups across the school. At 2:10, the school will come together for an assembly to learn more about Veterans Day and to honor and thank our Veterans; families are invited. Thank you Veterans for your service No School tomorrow. PTO Craft Fair Don’t miss out...on the PTO Craft Fair to be held Saturday, November 14 from 9 AM-2PM in the school’s gym. The fair will host 50 vendors, have great food for sale, and will hold a fabulous raffle. There will be a wide array of crafts to select from: handmade items, cards, jewelry, wood products, and more. No School Wednesday. Cheer practice this week  Wednesday, Thursday & Friday   2:45-4:00. School Board meets Thursday @ 6:00. Good Morning, Chichester Town Library News The Chichester Town Library is hosting a One-Woman Play by Dixie Tymitz. The play is Granny D: The Power of One on Sat. Nov 7th, 7:00 at the Grange Hall. Dixie Tymitz is a professional actress, singer and storyteller.  You don't want to miss this authentic, inspiring  performance!   The NJHS students will be baking on Fri. Nov.13th after school until 6:00. Baked items will be sold at the PTO craft fair and proceeds will benefit children in need at the holidays. Good Morning, Group 1 Cup Stacking tomorrow morning 7:30-8:00, in the Art Room. Student Council will be putting together a tree for Fez-tival of Trees.  This year's theme is Charlie Brown & Peanuts.  We would gladly accept any Peanuts memorabilia or monetary donations toward the tree.  The event benefits the Shriner's Burn Center. Come join us for crafts and The Phantom Menace.
