5/31/16

Good Morning, CCS 8th Grade leaves this morning @ 8:30 for Environmental Camp.  They will return on Friday, June 3rd at 1:30. Good Morning, Congratulations to the CCS Boys Baseball Team on their Championship win this weekend. Congratulations also go out to the CCS Girls Softball Team on their second place finish.   Great work by both teams!! Good Morning, Both softball and baseball won their playoffs games yesterday. Great teamwork by the CCS teams!! Softball plays in the championship game on Saturday at 10am in Barnstead.  Baseball will play in their championship game in Concord at the Clinton Rd. fields on Saturday at 11am. Spring Concert Tuesday, May 24th @ 6:30. NJHS Induction Ceremony Wednesday, May 25th @ 6:00, in the CCS Library. Thursday, May 26th   6th Grade DARE Graduation @ 8:30 am CCS Athletic Awards Thursday, May 26th @ 6:30. Have a great weekend

Good Morning, CCS Softball: Thursday Gilmanton vs. Chichester 4pm at Carpenter Park Saturday Championship game in Barnstead 10am   CCS Baseball: Thursday Chichester vs. Pittsfield 4pm at Chichester Central School Saturday:  3rd place game at 9am at Concord Christian (Clinton Rd fields) Championship game to follow (11am) at Concord Christian (Clinton Rd fields) NJHS will participate in the Rocknrace today in Concord. to raise money for the Payson Center for cancer care. Anyone who wishes to still donate can do so at rocknrace.org under team name of CCS Rams For Robert. Thank you! The NJHS will be reviving the garden next to the Kindergarten playground. We are looking for a volunteer to rototill it so we can clean it out. We are also looking for donations or lower cost plants, shrubs for butterfly, birds, and bee attraction as well as mulch. This week is Fruit and Vegetable Week at CCS.  Each day showcases a different color of the fruit and vegetable rainbow.  Students are encouraged to wear the color of the day, today is yellow, Friday is blue.   The Wellness Committee Environmental Club will meet after school today until 4:30. Student Council meets Friday @ 7:30. Have a great day

Good Morning, Boys baseball gave it their best effort against Barnstead last night. Great teamwork by the boys.  Girls softball beat the #1 seeded Barnstead in a 10 inning thriller.  Alex Bonacorsi pitched all 10 innings in the 4-3 victory.  The girls play again today against Allenstown at Carpenter Park. This week is Fruit and Vegetable Week at CCS.  Each day showcases a different color of the fruit and vegetable rainbow.  Students are encouraged to wear the color of the day. Today is purple, Thursday is yellow, Friday is blue.   The Wellness Committee Have a great day

Please bring all the necessary paperwork filled out. This week is Fruit and Vegetable Week at CCS.  Each day showcases a different color of the fruit and vegetable rainbow.  Students are encouraged to wear the color of the day. Good Morning, Congratulations to our Baseball & Softball teams on their wins yesterday against Gilmanton.  The boys won 5-4 and the girls 10-4.  Great teamwork by both CCS teams!! CCS will be celebrating Teacher and Staff Appreciation week next week.  Each year one of the big hits of the week is the potluck luncheon. We will be having the luncheon the next  Tuesday May 10th .  If you are interested in making a dish or making a monitory donation please email Heather Chiavaras at hmonahan@yahoo.com.  The PTO has a list of needed items to make the lunch a great success.  Thank you in advance for you help.   Ferry Beach Ecology meeting is Tues.
