CCS Basketball schedule changes
1/9-7/8 @ home v. Barnstead.  Girls first
1/9-NO 5/6 games
1/12-7/8 @ Pittsfield.  GIrls First.

PTO Meets tomorrow night @ 7:00.  All are invited.

Cup Stacking Wednesday 7:30-8:30.

SAU # 53 is offering a free screening of your child's abilities in speech, vision, hearing, motor and learning skills.  The screening is administered by an Occupational and Speech Therapist and Special Educator.
To be eligible for the free screening the child must live within SAU # 53, a parent/guardian must accompany the child, the child must be under 6 years of age.  
The screening will take place on January 11th @ CCS.  Please call the office (798-5651) to schedule an appointment.  


Physical Education
Winter is here oh what a treat, but please remember Sneakers on your 
feet. 

Wearing winter boots in PE class will leave black marks all over
the gym floor. If your child wears winter boots to class they will not
participate for that class. Please help your child remember their
sneakers. Thank You, Mrs. Dougherty

SAVE THE DATE:
The PTO is bringing back the 80's on Friday, Jan. 26th. Please mark your calendars to attend an 80's theme family dance. Ladies dig out the aqua net hairspray, and leg warmers. Men, you never thought you would get to wear your parachute again. More information to follow.

Good Morning, Basketball Today 5/6 Boys & Girls Home v. Concord Christian @ 4:00.  Girls play first. School Board budget hearing Thursday @ 6:00. Babysitting is available from 6:00-end of meeting.  Children must be potty trained. Scrabble Club will begin on Thursday, February 5th.  Meetings are Thursdays from 2:45-4:00.  Please get permission slips back to Mrs. Dockham ASAP. Multicultural Fair will be held on Thursday, February 19th from 5-7:30.  Dinner will be from 5:00-6:00.  Activities start @ 5:45. PTO meets February 11th @ 6:30 in the  school library. Good Morning, Reminder...Student drop off time is 8:00.  The students can go to the gym at that time where there is supervision. Please do not drop your student off before 8:00, there is no supervision for them.  Congratulations to our 7/8 boys & girls basketball teams on their wins over Allenstown yesterday.  Great teamwork by the boys & girls! School Board Budget Work Session tonight @ 6:00. Jump rope for Heart is being kicked off during PE classes.  This event is open to all students in grades 1-8.  The event is right around the corner on January 22nd, time is after school from 3-4.  Last Friday the students received a participation envelope.  The envelope has the permission slip, ticket for the first $5.00 donation to receive the lanyard and first puppy, prize list and sponsor form/collection envelope that will be due on the event day.  Get ready to jump and join the fun.  If you have any questions please c...
