Thank you for your help
The Flu season is upon us and the best way to protect your family is with the annual flu vaccine.
On Tuesday, October 10th CCS will be hosting a flu clinic where students can get their flu shot here at school. Trained clinical staff will (1) screen your child before giving the vaccine to assure that there are no problems, (2) give the vaccine, and (3) observe your child for 15 minutes after the vaccine has been administered to make sure there is no reaction.
Flu Vaccine Consent Forms have been sent home with your child today. Please return them by Thursday, October 5th. If there are any questions, please contact our school nurse, Julie Strazzeri at 798-5651 ext: 124.
