Mid Trimester ends today. 

Grade 8 Ferry Beach Ecology School Parent meeting May 10 @ 6:00.

New Kindergarten Parent Information Night May 11th @ 6:00.  


Muffins for Moms
   On Friday, May 12th, the PTO will celebrate 'Muffins with Moms', an early Mothers' Day treat. This event will be from 7:30-­8:00 AM in the CCS cafeteria. Our PTO has asked for RSVPs in order to prepare sufficiently for the event. Contact the main office (798-5651) of school if you would like to
attend.

Fruit and Vegetable Week
    The Wellness Committee will be sponsoring Fruit & Vegetable Week Monday, May 8th
through Friday, May 12th.  During lunch this week, students will be able to sample different kinds of fruits and vegetables based on the color of the day.
Tuesday, May 9 = Green
Wednesday, May 10 = Purple
Thursday, May 11=Yellow/Orange
Friday, May 12 = Blue & White
Students are encouraged to wear the color of the day.  The classroom with the most participation points at the end of the week will win a smoothie party.

Good Morning, Please click here for the latest CCS Express Newsletter The Athletic Awards scheduled for this Thursday, June 7th have been cancelled.  Students will be recognized at the end of year school awards during the school day.   School Board meets June 12 @ 5:00. (note time change)  CCS Academic Awards  June 13 @ 6:00. A note from the PTO: The Spring book fair will be different than last years.  The PTO has partnered with  Gibsons  bookstore in Concord for our book fair.  We will have all the summer reading books also our Teachers and Librarian have come up with books appropriate for each grade level. All books will be at a discounted rate of 20% off the list price.  The book fair will be open  Monday ,  Tuesday , and  Wednesday  during school hours and  Wednesday  night. The PTO will only be able to take cash and checks NO debit or credit cards.  Students in grades 5-8 received their summer reading list today. All titles will be available at the PTO
