Good Morning,

There was an error in the newsletter this week: Friday, February 24 will be a Hawaiian Spirit Day at school.  Come dressed in a floral shirt or wear bright colors to help welcome warmer weather after our break!

The Currier Outreach Art Program will be coming back to CCS in the month of March.  Interested students in grades 1-3 will meet on Tuesdays from 2:45-4:15 in the Art Room and students in grades 4-8 on Thursdays from 2:45-4:15.  Please see these forms for more information and to register.

Multicultural Night will be on Thursday, February 23.  The Potluck Dinner will start @ 5:00, with a program in the gym @ 5:40.  Classroom tours will begin at 6:00 and run until 7:00.  Parking at the school for events can be difficult at times.  Please carpool if possible.  We will also have a shuttle bus leaving the Town Hall @ 4:30.  The shuttle bus will run back and forth from the school to the Town Hall until the end of the Fair.  Please click here for more information on Multicultural Fair and Potluck Dinner

Book Swap:  On Friday, Feb. 24, CCS will hold a school-wide Book Swap.  Students may bring in new or gently used books starting Wednesday, Feb. 15 through Wednesday, Feb. 22.  Students can leave books with their homeroom teacher who will keep track.  For every book brought in, students can select books to take home on Friday, Feb, 24 to encourage reading over vacation and getting ready for Read Across America Week celebrated after vacation.

Winter Break-February 27th-March 3rd.

Have a great day
