Give us Your Advice!

Because of input from  members of our community, the Chichester School Board is piloting a Budget Advisory Committee for this budget season.  We are looking for up to 7 registered Chichester voters to review our budget from their own perspectives!   Ideally we’ll have at least one person from these categories:  member of the Town Advisory Budget Committee, current parent of a child in the school, someone who does not have a child currently in the school and someone with budgetary experience.  If you are interested in applying, please contact Sally Kelly either at Skelly@SAU53.org or 798-5806  and either identify why you would be a good candidate for this committee or merely to ask for futher information. All members are asked to attend all monthly school board meetings prior to the March meeting. Members of this committee will vote and provide their recommendations on all school warrant articles which will be provided at the town meetings in March.  Read the attached for more information about this committee and its responsibilities.

Have a great day
