Good Morning,

Field Day
June 17th
The year is coming to an end and with that comes field day on June 17th, a day of fun activities and barbecue.  Hot lunch that day is a barbecue: hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and watermelon. 
Students are asked to wear grade color shirts:
Grade 1:    Yellow                       Grade 6:   Red
Grade 2:   Red                           Grade 7:   Blue
Grade 3:   Orange                     Grade 8:   Black
Grade 4:   Blue
Grade 5:   Green
Please have your child wear sneakers, shorts, grade color shirt and remember school dress code please.  Apply sunscreen and bug spray at home.  If you would like your child to reapply please send the sunscreen in a ziplock bag with their name on it.  Staff can help with it.  Yes, bring a water bottle with name on it for drinking purposes only.

Current 6th & 7th grade VLACS sign up meeting for parents/students tomorrow @ 6:00 in Tech Lab.


School Board meets tomorrow @ 6:30.

Last Day Thursday.  Early Release @ 12:30.
Graduation @ 6:00

Summer Pick Up Soccer will run Tuesday evenings from 6-8, starting June 30th.  This will be held at the school.  Anyone 3rd grade or younger must have a parent stay.

Good Morning, Literacy/Game Night tonight from 5:00-7:00. School District Meeting this Saturday @ 9:00.  The School District Meeting is an important event as participation and voting will take place at this meeting.  The school budget is set by the School Board, but required citizens to vote to approve it.  Child care will be available during the meeting. Good Morning, All Library materials are due back today. There is Fishing Derby this Saturday, June 6, from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM at 251 Center Hill Rd in Epsom.  This event is open to Chichester residents and is sponsored by the Epsom/Chichester American Legion. All children age 16 and under are invited to participate.  Sports Awards    June 10th @ 6:30. Good Morning, 7/8  Basketball Home v. Concord Christian  Girls 1st  @ 4:00. 5/6 @ Concord Christian   Boys 1st  @ 4:00. Jump Rope for Heart is this Friday, January 22nd.  Please make sure you have sent in your permission slip.  The envelope and money id due on Friday.  Time for the event is after school until 4.  Please pick up at 4 and if your child is going to after care please send a note stating that please.  A snack and water will be provided.  Be ready to Jump.
