A note from the PTO:

So, your child/children came home with a packet from Yankee Candle.  Were you wondering "why should we sell candles, who gets the money, what does the PTO do with the money?"  The PTO has already been busy this year.  The PTO provided a welcome back to school breakfast for the teachers.  Did you enjoy the back to school BBQ?  The PTO provided all the hamburgers, hot dogs, rolls, waters, deserts and paper products.  Also, at our first meeting we approved purchasing supplemental reading material for the 4th grade teachers.   The PTO also donated 6 mums to the Student Council to plant around the school.  All this is just 4 weeks.

Have a great weekend
